Today's news is just what the doctor ordered, it seems that the little birdie missed this development.

PCTL shares are headed lower is the CEOs inability to raise clean capital

wrong-

Lack of clean capital means more dirty capital. Eventually PCT will pay a dramatic consequence as managing this is not possible in the long term

wrong-

They will drop further unless we immediately see a substantial raise of clean capital to fix this mess. The way the shares are performing and the rest indicates this is not occuring
