Of course lower than estimated revs will play a part but the primary reason PCTL shares are headed lower is the CEOs inability to raise clean capital

Now some wish to twist words and not mention this important point

Lack of clean capital means more dirty capital. Eventually PCT will pay a dramatic consequence as managing this is not possible in the long term

Couple the above with the personality shift PCTL shares have taken on in the past month and it seems clear to me, something is amiss.

Since my bringing up this concern, PCTL shares have already dropped to .025/sh

They will drop further unless we immediately see a substantial raise of clean capital to fix this mess. The way the shares are performing and the rest indicates this is not occuring

Therefore, look out below is my expectation
