Can you provide a link that states this please. I believe he has until late spring next year but I would surmise that market makers will probably begin distancing themselves from these tickers around January/February so they’re not caught with inventory they can’t get rid of. Those tickers who chose to go current will see a windfall due to all of the OTC money going into only those current tickers. LTNC could go ballistic if Ryan does indeed something but it wouldn’t surprise me if he simply dissolves LTNC and took the loss of what he’s put in.
