I know this has been discussed on this board, but can someone clarify please? The bid/ask numbers change when market is closed. My Schwab account shows 1.90 ask and 2.10 bid(now). Do we know for sure that shares cannot be traded after hours on OTC? If true, then what causes bid/ask changes post- and pre-market? TIA
