There are five patent offices. Have you checked the other four?

What do you mean that there are five “patent offices”? To the best of my knowledge, every country in the world has their own “patent office.” A few countries simply rubber stamp outside patents, but they still have their own offices. Only the USPTO can grant a US patent. There is no need to check any other office for a US Patent (or US Patent Application).

Lugee owns the patent for the biodegradable magnesium alloys and devices.

I was discussing what patents LQMT has the rights to in the US - not what patents Li has. LQMT has the rights to EONTEC’s patents in the US (and LQMT’s exclusive territories and the non-exclusive territories) not Li’s patents. Whether Li gives LQMT the rights to his patents is pure speculation. He is not required to do so under the terms of the PLA.

The 106c formula is not patented, but several key manufacturing processes using 106c are.

Fantastic! Are those patents assigned to Eontec or to Li? Are any of those patents in the US? If they aren’t in the US, any competitor can use them in the US. (Similarly true for the exclusive territories and non-exclusive territories.) If the patents are not assigned to EONTEC, then we don’t have rights to them under the PLA.

Rally around LQMT. The serious investors shall be blessed and will hear the word of Li being directly communicated, almost miraculously, to them. Amen.
