This is all already things that we already know but the interesting thing is that they are finding contracts withing different levels of the government between US department of Defense(Airforce), US Department of Agriculture and The US Department of homeland security. the value of contracts are increasing each time as well. through research I have done there are quite a few large scale solar arrays going up within Arizona, Texas, California, etc. who knows what they have been bidding on!!
