Well, I don't know how to add images, but it was a message to the poster from TPTW, saying,
"I wanted to reach out to you personally to apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused yo in scheduling and appearing for your QuikLab appointment. You see the first couple weeks of business was only open to friends and family, obviously that didn't come across in our messaging and we are very sorry. The QuikLab location at Dadeland Mall should be open for appointments as early as 10/20/2020 and we'd love to see you back!
