Folks, I spoke to an attorney this morning who asked if we all want to preserve our position during the upcoming charades. I told him a little - gave him the site to review all docs. He is going to look it over and get back to me this week to let me know if he thinks we can do this as a group or not.
He has litigated against "technology" in the past and won, he has current cases in technology.
He is a technology attorney - has provided guidance for patents and successfully won - so I will inform what he says. I will post on FB - his information.
