The emails continue to pour in about the Stop Sign and I am sincerely gratified that there are so many of you out there that care enough about UDHI to take the time to contact me (even with some of the zingers being tossed my way). I completely understand and share in your frustration but believe that the molasses like movement toward the finish line is the product of the bureaucratic stagnation that has taken place practically everywhere due to the pandemic.


Here is where we now stand. I finally received the invoice for the filing of our OTCIQ Change of Control form. I paid the invoice immediately and we are waiting for our Username and Password. I did see that after we submitted this information, OTC Markets updated the Company Profile to list me as CEO of the Company. As soon as we get the Username and Password we will bring our Profile current (most of the information on our profile relates to the old UDHI before I took control) so investors can have the most recent information to evaluate the New UDHI. Please keep in mind that we can only work as fast as OTC Markets permits us at this point and be assured that when I receive any request from OTCIQ or OTC Markets I immediately respond. There is no question that the lingering Stop Sign has delayed several of the initiatives we have been working on, but I am happy to report the following:


1. We have selected a new corporate name to better reflect our business model and it will be announced early next week after we file for it in Florida.


2. We expect to fill a key position in our “medical division” to complement Dr. Anja Glisovic in the development of our patented medical products. We hope to have this finalized as early as next week


3. We continue to evaluate and negotiate with a number of operating businesses that complement the team and structure we are putting in place. We believe that all interests will be better served to consummate these discussions after all necessary steps have been completed for the removal of the Stop Sign.
