What you don't see is that all THE TOXIC debt will have to be converted to common shares . Once converted the company will have 3 billion plus shares. Wait for the 10k so our boys and girls can do all the calculations for you . Many of you have reached out to thank us for our patience and insight. And yes to answer many of your concerns- we will be here to see this through to the very end.
