This choice imho would be a sad state off affairs since, THE MANAGEMENT in place was the one that got JCP into JCPNQ and wants to steal the value away from it's shareholders.

They DESERVE to be forced out of the company and put in JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I truly feel this is THE BK case to CHANGE the BK court system and how it works or DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
