Get some Voltaren Gel and apply 3-4 times a day.
you will see a big difference after a week.

My podiatrist recommended it after I tore some tendons in my heel. Used to be by prescription but
now available OTC at all the drug stores, Walmart Costco, etc.

I even use it on my arthritic knee..
