Yes, the other day I had like 119,000 bid that I put above the ask and it was around .0109 I hit it, and it filled me 41,000 shares then took like 10 more minutes filled me 10,000 shares. They immediately put the bid .0109 and the ask at around .012 .

I then put remainder of my order Down at .0105. Which they filled.

This is nothing but a LOW VOLUME TAKE DOWN.
