No way to give a realistic news timeline given the past history of the company. The only thing to really expect anytime soon is news on the lift of the partial hold and the third quarter company update. I believe the Phase II started recruiting either mid August or early September. The FDA needs to review the data on the first 6 patients for safety due to the new reagent being used. The safety lead in for these first 6 patients takes 28 days. Timing on this depends on how quick the company enrolled those first six patients but I wouldn't expect this to take much longer. This Phase II is the main focus right now and I don't expect much news on other fronts until this thing is up and running smoothly with results starting to come in. The study is open label so results should be available sooner as the trial progresses. If we get any other news it will be updates on the pancreatic trial but I am keeping my expectations in check.

Baker Brothers did sell most of their position. NEA and Aisling still hold full positions from their original purchase. Them, along with Perceptive (who sold more or less right away), were the largest purchasers of the original offering at the merger. NEA is the one to watch for me. I don't want to see them sell and FWIW I don't think they will. These entities, including Baker Brothers, also have warrants so if we get some good news anytime in the next few years they have the option to add to their existing positions.
