Darcy is not going fro dilute his own investment in the company. Or give up the voting rights which is the most important part of the conversion. That is the safest loan we could possibly have. I explained it to you once. And apparently you had no Adequate or reasonable response! I guess it’s hard to argue with facts??? But keep banging that drum. No one is listening.
