I would guess he is very busy these days and is a little worn out with nervous shareholders. When he has something he will post it and it will not be any fluff junk. It might come Monday or it might take longer. I wouldnt set your clock on a given date. Ive heard that these things can be quite time consuming to get all the ducks in a row. Just because its two weeks or more since the last PR means nothing now since this is crunch time when all the chips come together. It might take some time.
