I don't know how long the D865GRH has been shown on the website, but when it was recently discovered there I assumed the product was ready and would thus be shipping to OEMs. Very recently I e-mailed Intel inquiring about the D865GRH and was informed that the company policy is to never pre-release info on products under development or to any way discuss developing technologies.

My hunch is that your link is retail for the consumer and the product is already shipping to OEMs.
