10,439,141 in Float as of 3/31/2019

My bet is that over the last 18 months since the float was updated much of that could’ve been slowly converted already but it’s still a very small OS and over 12 million is restricted. Almost always dilution in these plays but how much and how hard they hit the dump button is an unknown and with all the potential here I’d find it hard to think their note holders would dump so quickly.
