They sell a product (Pinnertest) that is shoddy science and is NOT recommended by many medical associations (including the American Academy of Allergy (AAAAI), Asthma and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, & National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases).

They sold off one of their most promising products (OvaDX) about 11 years ago (2009).

Another promising product (the Food Test) has been tied up in court for over 4 years (with no end in sight).

They have lied to shareholders time and again.

They have suspended all PRs.

They have suspended all tweets.

They have filed SEC Form 15 and gone completely dark.

How can anyone think that this company is worth investing in???

ARYC's secured lender filed recent lawsuit and placed ARYC in default. They have security interest in all assets and IP and are suing in San Diego County right now to foreclose on the liens to partially satisfy the amounts owed.

CA Labor Commission just recently placed a 6 figure lien / judgment on ARYC for unpaid employee wages and seizes have been occurring under this.

ARYC's own attorney in the massive soon to be judgment against ARYC in the Zalcberg Federal lawsuit (on PACER) filed and receive a lien against ARYC for unpaid fees and expenses and judge let him QUIT case in September.

Zalcberg lawsuit will be a judgment in early 2017 for 1,000,000 time what ARYC come even dream of paying.
