I see no relevance. If their intent to simply sell shares, they don’t need a RS. They can double the AS and sell 7.5 bil shares at 0.0003. They can easily do that if they want to. If you don’t believe me, check BIEL. They have 25 bil shares in OS with a market cap that is 4 times VRUS with virtually no revenue and profit. If VRUS wants to play that game, they can easily do it.
