Hi Guys,

Craignortheast, a lot of question most of which I have no knowledge with which to answer you.

But about valuations, yes, I do have a point of view.

At monthly sales of $1,800,000 yield annual sales of $21,600,000 per years.

Lets use a market cap price to sales of 3 times. So

3x $21,600,000 = $64,800,000.

Last information NGW stated with approx. 170,000,000 shares outstanding.

So, $63,800,000/170,000,000 = $.375 price per share.

However currently the Cannabis stock sectors is very out of favor with many companies have very high losses in each quarter.

But, the wild card in my opinion is the Presidential election.

Biden and Harris, have stated that they will quickly move to the legalization, and decriminalization of weed.

If they win the election then there will be significant shift in the valuation of all weed product assets.

And NGW would share nicely into this market growth potential driving up the stock prices in the weed sector to "who knows where"

Buying more as funds become available.
