Unrelated to ENZC because part of this merger will be getting all filings current, etc.

But the new rule changes I mentioned are a way for the SEC to FINALLY cleanup the OTC sewer. It forces companies to have regular filings in order to be quoted/trade.

This rule is 10 months out from being enforced so no worries at ALL!
