Yes Craig, sorry I didn't get back on here until this morning. YES this is all very good, insider buying and options. I'd add that a lot of companies will give incentives like this to their employees like HD said BUT I've noticed a lot of times the options are grant at $0 per share, yes $0.00! In this case however the options exercised at .25 are considered very bullish since the current pps for NGW.CN ticker is just .265!
