Case Mandel mentions Cannadips is close to proving CBD is absorbed straight into the Buccal Artery like nicotine! He also mentions that the studies can only be done in other countries such as Israel or Canada.

My feeling is that when the results of this study come back to Cannadips, a patent will be applied for by Lexaria for this absorption straight through the back of the throat via the Buccal Artery to the brain. I believe this will give them an important new format patent that perhaps one day could be used not only for cannabinoids but nicotine and NSAIDS as well.
