So, this company doesn't have anything at all to do with COVID-19, and even their HIV research hasn't progressed to the animal testing phase. They've been seeking funding for some time ( https://www.startengine.com/bioclonetics ), and now they're merging into a dark stinky pink company with 2.4B in the O/S that hasn't filed any financial information in over 2 years and up and decided to file 8K's even though they're not an SEC filer.

Yeah, sounds legit.

Company had zero cash when they last reported. Wonder what they're using for the acquisition?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
