The Aire Fitness acquisition was bigger than anybody could have ever imagined. They obviously signed an NDA with TPTW to get an inside look at their pipeline, contracts in the works, etc; and would not have signed a deal to let TPTW acquire their business for 500k shares redeemable at $1 per share if they weren't certain that PPS would hit at least $1. This is fairly obvious.

As we now know, TPT reconfigured these pods into the QuikLAB, used for mobile COVID testing, and added the SANIQuik as well. The QuikLAB and SANIQuik have been featured on CBS and Fox news, and visited and endorsed by California Senator Ben Hueso.

TPT then signed an agreement with Walmart to operate the QuikLAB in the parking lots of 10 Walmart locations in California and Florida. Two CA and two FL locations are already in the works, with more to be announced.

Distribution and marketing agreements were then signed with All Star Health Brands and Thomas Scientific, the third largest and fastest growing scientific distributor in the nation. All Star is already negotiating a purchase of 3 QuikLABs (supposedly a pilot for a very large customer) and 135 sales reps from Thomas Scientific have been trained on the QuikLAB and SANIQuik and are expected to land big government contracts.

The first QuikLAB has been deployed to Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL, and after some logistics/setup issues is now in operation with the grand opening expected any day.

The latest bit of HUGE NEWS we have received is that the QuikLAB has received County Approval By The Alameda County California Healthcare Services Agency and has been added to their vendor list.

As if that isn't already enough to send TPTW to $1+, this is far more than just a COVID play. These pods can be configured for a million other things. I'm a veteran and in the military we used containers like these for work and living spaces both overseas and in the US. The military also uses containers like these to ship everything overseas when we deploy. Many of our medical/dental offices were in containers like these as well. Every base in the US has hundreds of these containers, and thousands on every base overseas. They're already being used for mobile gyms,, and could also be used for classrooms, sports equipment storage for schools/colleges, shipping containers, mobile offices for construction sites/farming, and probably a hundred other uses I cant think of.
