eight@ I get it now (your the Layer) and I follow your argument - that chance of being accepted would maybe have been bigger - being decentering from someone outside inner circles.

But that is water under the bridges - thanks again to Marjac - BB - and others - who surely will be disappointed and sad even more than the rest of us.

There is still a chance that En banc will be granted (maybe effected somewhat by the Teva ruling) so I we have to wait for that to play out - before anything else. Should be in the next couple of days - if I have got that correct.
