Maybe he's right with this and Leanne is suing to prevent the appeals process. Maybe she sees too much danger. Perhaps the TRO is to stop the proceedings for a few days so she can figure out how to get Carter to take a settlement. Pure conjecture, but it's fun to hypothesize since I can't sell all my shares and kick my own ass for getting into penny stocks.
