HD – very informative and exciting posts about your tour HD! Thank you SO much for your efforts for accepting Mike’s invite and keeping us up and up on the facility by taking your time to not only visit but put these posts together. As others have expressed here the tour couldn’t have went to a better man for the job!
Bottomline is expansion has to happen and will be interesting to see how Mike and co decide how to do this like you said…. I know there were talks of leasing space but I think that can be troublesome given the high level of security and features you noted- they are obviously heavily invested into this facility to make the best Cannabis and products as your tour noted. So, I’d imagine if leasing they would want to assemble the same equipment to grow and enforce the same policies and procedures into a leased space in order to carry out the level of operations and QA they currently have. How easy is this to do with what is out there? Maybe lease with option to buy? They really need an exact clone of this facility, but then it sounds like if things continue as they have they will need another, and another, ?? Either way Mike and co have proven over and over they can get the job done so I am confident they will make the right moves.
Too many things to mention about what I loved about what you said, just a few that come to mind:
-Shipping department: You said WAY more than you expected. Amazing! Question just CA cities yes?
-Branding: you said EVERY product bore the NGW brand. So happy to hear this, and this is PERFECT!
-NGW was ranked as one of top two growers in CA. WOW, (Who is the other??)
-Confirmation that there is a shared passion and knowledge and respect for Mike and how you said it resonated from those employees you met. HUGE deal for future success of company.
-Instagram and press: confirmation that their pics and the news they put out is LEGIT. Sounds like their facility and security really is state of the art and immaculate and serious.
We all know and have even more proof now that NGW is all about NEXT LEVEL craft Cannabis from beginning to end... If Mike and team got us here, it's only a matter of time before the masses of investors catch on:)
Overall Conclusion: I need more shares
