Volume is relatively low which usually means shorts and one-tickers are in control of pps. Most of the shares appear to be in investors hands and locked down for now. Dissappointing pps in light of great news, pink, current, etc. but patience will be key.. looks like we need additional news as one $189,000 contract isn't much. Great buy in price and appears to be great investment. JMSO (Just my stupid opinions.)
