Always remember, the patents are owned by UOIP. The corporation can be dissolved, but the patents have value, and that value after expenses has to be divided up to the shareholders. They cant just walk away with the patents and exclude shareholders. BTW, UOIP doesnt owe IP Nav any payments until there is profit, so a breach isnt on the table.
