In other words they are trying to invoke bankruptcy to force the malfeasance out of the forefront. It is also an attempt to shelter the money and assets that have already been transferred to Santiago. So no matter what happens in TMPS, the money has been moved to Santiago. They cannot hide under the bankruptcy laws and their lawyers should know better because the courts and the SEC are not fools. They know whats going on.

If Johan were thinking; he would have paid off the shareholders. Now he will pay off the lawyers, pay off the shareholders, and put his personal fortume at stake for criminal conduct. Who is advising this guy.......he should know better.

He bought time but traded his personal liability. Also recall that the Government ruled that TMPS had far more revenue and income and were not eligible under a small company contract. I also believe that since Santiago is involved they are also liable.
