Ha.....this is like the movie Wall Star. Blue Star is in play. So hereis what I think they were forced to do. They knew the suits were coming, even after the delist. They needed another out because of the malfeasance while the company was active. Tey are trying to hide behind a smokescreen of bankruptcy to escape the criminal charges.

I believe that we should still pursue the due diligence on the criminal front. This is clearly a diversion and attempt to shelter their own assets. By declaring bankruptcy now they are trying to circumvent the responsibilities that they had.

I am not stopping because of this smokescreen and further hopes in a "bankruptcy" are more of the same obfuscation. Also the transfer to Santiago may make Santiago involved in this scheme.

Do not be fooled by this.
