So, you were able to find the summary page on the Wyoming SOS site. Nice. Did you find the 6/25/2020 Common Amendment under the 'History' section? Did you read it? Did you see where it spells out the details of all the classes of preferred stock including the par value. Which is not $1.00/share but is irrelevant anyway I think.

Then, given you have a grasp of the share structure, did you review the 8K filings for PHIL where they spell how many of these shares were used to purchase Vinafilms? And the mythical mining machine venture? While you and your group are researching that, can you tell us how many common shares of PHIL are subject to conversion from the APR transaction? loL!

Can you explain why there are two Vinafilms JSCs. Big PHIL allegedly bought the Long An Province one. What's its value? Note I've already explained this.
