Here it says Sorcia minerals is the wholly owned subsidiary of Ensorcia Metals Corp. It is doing business in Chile.

But in the agreement it says Chemphys holds 20% of sorcia minerals, Ibat 10%, and Ensorcia 70% so it wouldn’t be wholly owned by Ensorcia.

The patent will be assigned to IBAT once granted. Any other way would be outrageous for us shareholders
