Reading Barron's we are in a Bull Market and buying the dips is wise. According to their statistics, we had 10 days in which the advancing stocks outnumbered the decliners by 2 to 1. This occurred 29 times in the last 30 years and 97% of the time 12 months later the market was up an average of 13%.
