Of course not. It will take a week before work can start.
That's too bad.
On another note, I got my flu shot yesterday. Since I had to go to my doctor's office for something else, I had it done there. The nurse said, "Your arm may hurt tomorrow; take Advil or whatever you normally use."
I went almost directly home, and within TWO HOURS my arm was throbbing. I tried taking a nap, but couldn't sleep. Got up around 7 feeling really lousy. And then went back to sleep a little after midnight. UGH. Felt utterly crappy all night. A little fever, I think, and I ached all over. Am somewhat better today; no aches, anyway. Maybe I'll feel like eating dinner. Or not.
I wonder if they gave me the vaccine for old people that's four times stronger than the regular one. I had a mild reaction last year, but nothing like this.
