Ah yes, you are referring to the Forbush depression of cosmic ray flux. This became relevant to hurricanes after the hurricane Katrina study. Are these rays really creating enough energy in the earths system to be relevant in creating energy for humans. I don't think we know yet do we? A serious not sarcastic question.

Maybe Elon can figure out a way to channel these babies. Tesla can have galactic ray powered vehicles in 2040.
