They are TOXIC. Does no one read company disclosure?

They can convert right now into tens of BILLIONS of new shares at a fraction of the current trading price.

All they need are people foolish enough to buy the shares of this worthless stock. Anyone buying are just enriching the toxic death spiral funders.
