foxwoodsfan, How do you know they are "Toxic" How do you know the lender can convert at will and sell "DUMP" at will? A convertible note is only Toxic if the lender can convert when they feel like it and "DUMP" hard all at once. Otherwise it's just a high risk High interest rate loan. Also a 10% rate for HIGHLY RISKY business loans ISN'T high at all. I should know I play those in both directions.
