from june through november QTCE has traded 3.6 billion. The supposed R/S was in Feb 2006 and the OS then was 5 million. Yeah, I dont see how it could possible be 14 billion now with only 3.6 billion traded since june. Maybe the TA has very outdated information. Anyone else get the OS from the TA? I got it twice in the past 2 months and they gave me 14.2 billion as a number each time. I can't imagine that they didnt do the RS and still increased the PPS. I think that it is more likely that the TA's werent given new information or else they are just reading something incorrectly. But with recent trading the OS does seem to be in the billions. Very strange. I'm going to write the TA about this. I am sure they will tell me that they can't give any information or don't know anything about it and Liat never impossible to get a hold of, so we may never know.
