Agree that BRK will not skip a beat and will continue to be a great investment and holding post-Buffett. Extraordinary preparations and plans have been implemented, and IMO, even more important than both Greg Abel and Ajit Jain being prepared to manage the businesses, was the addition of Todd Combs and Ted Weschler years ago to take over the investment end of things. These are 2 of the greatest investment minds in the Country. Indeed, many of the best new investments for BRK in recent years, e.g. AAPL, UPS, Mastercard, VISA and others were actually the result of investment decisions coming from one of the 2 T's.
