Thanks, yours and everyone's kind words are appreciated more than words can express.

We were limited to 2600 words, and were running the risk of a quick decision depriving us of the opportunity to file. Then Markman posted on our filing day that referencing the Bhatt is a surefire way to be rejected, so we had to make the decision in the heat of battle, to omit the Bhatt section.

But sometimes less is more. We focused the Court on the fraud issues which attack the Court itself as an institution. They now either have to grant en banc review, remand back to the District Court for more findings, or literally turn a blind eye to a potential fraud perpetrated upon themselves. I like the position that we have established.
