Anyone interested in forming a team to draft letters to each individual Board Member requesting Nevada 60b actions based on 1) Bhatt Data and 2) Amicus?

On a fiduciary basis the question has to be answered, why is Amarin forsaking its duty? En banc is one avenue but the other is above.
