DD, in answer to your question. Current bid $.201 ask $.2061

The difference between the bid and ask prices is about 2.5%.

So it just depends on your reason for buying this or any other stock position.

If you plan on a short term trade then yes the 2.5% entry stock price might have significant difference in your profit.

But if you are building a position for a long term gain with significant upside percentage gains then the small percentage upside of the ask price is less important.

For me when/if I decide to enter into a stock position I mostly like to enter first with a partial position. And then add to my position as the stock moves higher.

I rarely average down with my positions.

Buying more as funds become available.
