Not the SEC's fault AT ALL.

DBMM dug this hole they're in! They ignored the filing rules, then they ignored SEC requests for info on WHY they were ignoring the filing regulations! For over a YEAR they ignored the SEC!

The SEC did the only thing they COULD do. Cite the regulations and try to punish DBMM for breaking them.

I do agree....DBMM has followed the filing regs for a good long time now. Apparently, the SEC is satisfied with them, because I haven't seen any SEC requests to amend any filings. And I'M SURE that the SEC went over them closely!

But they continue to thumb their nose at the SEC in regards to requests to have the missing 10Q numbers put in the "Super 10K".

I do believe that if they'd only address that, the SEC would access some minor penalty for being delinquent (they've NEVER ACTUALLY been accessed ANY penalty for being delinquent) and DBMM would be able to trade on a normal exchange.

That way (once again), they could start screwing shareholders over with constant share dilution!

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
