Reyna obviously read and studied the case this time, and his comments seem to apply to amrn case perfectly. Not know why he chose to rule 36 to amrn appeal, Markman seemed puzzled by this as well.

In my opinion it is obvious - it was a unanimous response by all three judges to the vicious (in their eyes) and multiple attacks on Judge Du from forum posters.

Of course there were contributory insulting contacts from other posters too - such was the forum's cult-like practice.

Well, vicious (in the judges' eyes) was met by vicious (in investor eyes), and that is the only reasonable explanation why AMRN's strong case got the Rule 36 guillotine.

And the planned Amicus Brief, authored by the same attorney who headlined the groundless professional complaint against Du, is destined to irk the full court this time - it will guarantee failure of AMRN's re-hearing petition.
