This is the same old S1 from earlier this year. Finally being completed. Means, Triton got their share, and, more importantly, $tsoi gor their money to use towards marketing and clinical trial efforts.

We need to remember that Triton agreed to pay a premium when the signed the S1 - pps was in the mid 0.002’s and Triton agreed to pay 0.003. But, due to SEC BS, it took this long for it to close. In the mean time, $tsoi via their hard work and without the help from the funding, brought the pps to .008 (+/-).

This funding will only help move $tsoi forward.
