Have they guided to how long before the facility is up and certified?

And why will they not say what the contractual arrangement is with Advent? Many longs assert it all NWBO with Advent only a contract operator. But NWBO still has basically no assets on their balance sheet other than the physical facility.

I am sure they do not disclose any of this because they want to trap the shorts. Or is that longs?
