Can anyone explain/spin this regarding China Princely? To me it doesn't sound like a done deal, but they had to release something before the end of the year...If I'm wrong then we will be booking profits in the next quarter from these 2 acquisitions...

...a done deal is when the payments are made and the ink is dry, but it is a small step towards completion of said acquisitions. Nothing new here. We have been through this before. 10 cents is a milestone for this penny stock. Double digits. WOOOHOOO and gooooo HARTCOURT...
